Came in as a walk in and asked for gold French tips, was done so so fast and the lady who served me was so lovely!! Would definetly come again such lovely staff.

Never a warm welcome or friendly smile not even a hello can l help you...
Appalling customer service, abrupt and extremely rude STAFF.
They are only interested in business they never talk to you just amongst themselves.
Pedicure woman multi tasks...1 woman in a chair ready for eyebrows to be waxed and dyed myself with feet in warm water ready once she did the eyebrows she did another ladies my water went cold l waited over half an hour in a bowl of cold water before l had a pedicure which costed £25!!
Theres no.manners whats so ever from these girls when you hand money over either.
Very disappointed with the lack of care.

Had my nails done today and was shouted at and made to feel very embarrassed. Will go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I don't usually have my nails done, I have had them down twice by others and 3 times here which means they are doing a good job. Always manage to fit you in and my nails get admired by many.
