Never a warm welcome or friendly smile not even a hello can l help you... Appalling customer service, abrupt and extremely rude STAFF. They are only interested in business they never talk to you just amongst themselves. Pedicure woman multi tasks...1 woman in a chair ready for eyebrows to be waxed and dyed myself with feet in warm water ready once she did the eyebrows she did another ladies my water went cold l waited over half an hour in a bowl of cold water before l had a pedicure which costed £25!! Theres no.manners whats so ever from these girls when you hand money over either. Very disappointed with the lack of care.
